During mixed aerial apparatus classes, floor work and free weights pump up fitness and off-ground circuit training as students safely explore hoops, trapeze, and silks. Aerial yogis perform inverted poses on the ground and in the air to further boost flexibility and strength in each aerial yoga flow lesson.
