Similar to Pilates, aerial fitness classes also combine weight training and yoga with the grace of dance and mid-air movement for all skill levels with every body shape. Routines incorporate elements of strength and flexibility for fast, noticeable results. Students will develop better spatial awareness and coordination.

She teaches techniques to all skill levels through introductory classes including aerial basics, aerial classes for kids and teens, and beginning silks for women 50+; instructors guide, motivate, and inspire you to reach new heights and bring your sense of adventure, enthusiasm, and willingness to laugh at yourself. They focus on what you can do, and build on that as everyone improves from their own starting point. Similarly, aerial camps immerse participants in the body-bending skills required to master her artful form of fitness. While clients maneuver in suspended grace, her trained instructors also teach intro classes like Basics for Bigger Bodies and Hatha yoga classes, which boost the flexibility and strength of those who are afraid of heights or making their pet emu jealous.
