Leeann did a great job!! She is excellent at what she does. She was professional and friendly. She also explained the Microneedling process; as she was using it on my face. I liked the atmosphere and comfy couch...:) It’s by appointment only, so if you arrive early; the door may be locked. She has a couple of chairs outside the door; if you would like to wait there.

Leann was soft spoken and listened to my request to just relax and not talk. The bad: I felt like some of her massage techniques could use some help. My foot massage did not feel anything more than applying lotion and there were multiple times it felt like my eyelids were being drawn up during the facial massage and I felt like product was getting in my eyes. There weren’t flat sheets being used and so I was right up against the fleece blanket and I couldn’t help but wonder if that was changed for each client. I didn’t ask. The good: With all that aside, Leann was accommodating and gave an amazing facial. My skin was glowing. Her extraction was the most gentle, but equally as effective as many as I’ve had before. I felt very confident in her abilities and felt amazingly relaxed with gorgeous skin.
