Does the tire protection plan expire on March 27th 2013? What does the plan cover?

Dwight A.  asked on  Oct 25, 2012

A:

The last day you can start the tire plan is March 27, 2013. The plan expires when you replace your tires or the tread depth is below 2/32". The lifetime tire plan covers tire rotations every 7,000 - 9,000 miles, tire/wheel balance every 15,000 - 20,000 miles and four wheel alignment every 15,000 - 20,000 miles.

Q:

How does the lifetime tire-protection plan work is it per car or per person? Because what happens if I get it and then sell my car or wreck my car and have to get a new one? Also if I get new tires does it transfer?

Joe B.  asked on  Oct 25, 2012

A:

The lifetime tire protection plan is only for the tires we start the plan on. If you get rid of the vehicle or the tires then the plan is finished. It is designed for the lifetime of the tires. The tire plan does not transfer.
