You really need to be careful with this company. We bought two Groupons from them before. When we went to make the appointment (last May), they gave us appointments in September. By September, no one was at the suite (we drove past) and no one returned our phone calls. Groupon couldn't get them to respond either and credited our account. This is a store front business--when it operates--and has only a couple of employees. When we made appointments over three months out, they couldn't even take our cars on the same day. Im am sorry for your experience. We have made several changes since then. We do operate by appointment only so if you miss us on a certain date it could have been a day we were closed. Also please note that we can take both vehicles on the same day.
