Will update as i go through this Groupon process. So far, be advised, after the $180 paid thru groupon, you still have to pay Legacy another $40 for the thumb drive/ and another $20 for shipping.

It would be nice to be able to write a review but without a 'redemption code' it's impossible to enter the area needed. Please advise how to access this code. I can't even find "view voucher'.

Horrible customer service@! I sent 4 movie reels to transfer into a CD and they sent me e-mails saying my order wqas received and later another e-mail saying ,my order was being process. Then I did not hear from them for 30 days, thats when I received several messages saying my order was being processed. I tried calling customer service and nobody knew where was my order. I was very angry as these were movies from my childhood. They told me they will investigate and call me back. They never called. Two months after I had sent the movie reels another e-mail saying my order was found and was in the process of transfer. Then another 3 weeks passed when I got another e-mail saying that again my order was processed and will be delivered soon. All in all it took them more than 3 months to deliver my product. I will never recommed these people to friends and family. Very dissapointed!!!
