I had a negative experience. (I contacted Groupon about it, and I was refunded what I paid. Thanks, Groupon!) They were unable to do most of what the offer included because of the size of my vehicle, though the fine print didn't state any limitations, AND when my car was done I was told SPECIFICALLY that they did everything except the car wash. The next day I found out they also didn't rotate the tires nor did they fill my windshield fluid. (I found myself on the turnpike having been sprayed with oily smoke from a tow truck, and with no fluid, the wipers just smeared it around. Dangerous! We had to pull to the side with cars wizzing by at 80mph to clean the windshield with napkins and a water bottle!) The receipt even clearly stated "filled windshield fluid"! Now I wonder if they even changed the oil. My husband had the same Groupon, and the exact same experience. I called to talk to someone about it, and was basically told too bad. I feel that LV Hundai (I was sent there instead of Honda because of the size limitation and scheduling issues) was dishonest. Though my initial encounter with LV Honda seemed very promising - the gentleman assisting me there was extremely helpful, LV Hundai was a big disappointment.
