Q:

Please clarify, as I'm reading two different things from the questions and answers posted. You have 60 days to activate your first visit, but then someone from groupon answered that there is no expiration to the remaining 14 visits. Is that correct or do you need to redeem all 14 visits within 60 days as well as activate within 60 days?

Kaiyin J.  asked on  Jul 25, 2013

A:

Kaiyin - The visits will expire 60 days from the day you purchase the Groupon. All 14 visits must be used before the expiration date. I'm sure what they meant was that the value of the Groupon never expires. You will always get your $38.00 worth from us. If you do not use any of your visits then you would be given the value $39 in guest passes -- Our guest pass value is $20 per visit. Live Healthy, Christina D

Q:

Are these 14 visits hassle free? Or will a Club Sport trainer try to sell me and hassle me while I am working out?

Randy T.  asked on  Jul 25, 2013

A:

Randy - This is a hassle free Groupon. Of course we are hoping that you'll love ClubSport so much that you'll want to join. Our membership representative will make you a great offer to join, but they'll just put it out there for you to consider. We have a no pressure approach to membership sales. Come in and enjoy your workouts. Live Healthy, Christina D.

Q:

"Limit 1 per person, may buy 1 additional as a gift. ... Limit 2 children per adult. Must be 21 or older. " So how does this work for kids? Basically, one adult buying the Groupon can bring 2 kids? The ages for mine are 3.5 and 1 y.o.

Sonny W.  asked on  Jul 25, 2013

A:

Sonny - I'm sorry to say that this Groupon is not valid for for children under 12 years of age to use the club. As an adult you can purchase the Groupon for yourself, and pay for childcare when you bring the children. You are allowed two children under the age of 12 per adult in childcare. Q:

can I buy one for my child (12 years old) and one for myself and visit together?

Sun H.  asked on  Jul 24, 2013

A:

Hi Sun - You can purchase for yourself and your child, however will need to accompany your child at all times in the club and you'll need to follow the hours and policies set for Children and Juniors. Club Policies can be found at http://www.clubsports.com/sites/default/files/_/csf_mpg.pdf. This Groupon cannot be used for children under 12 years of age. Thank you, Christina D.

Q:

There seems to be a conflict on the answer about expiration...please clarify...one is saying you have 60 days to activate and no expiration in completing the 14 day visit and the other one is saying that the 14 days visits needs to be completed in 60 days after initial visit. So which one is correct? Can you guys pull your act together?

Nico M.  asked on  Jul 24, 2013

A:

14 visits need to be completed in 60 days from activation. You technically have 60 days to activate, but then you would not get your 14 visits in if you wait until the last day, In which case you would receive the value of you purchase in lieu of your 14 visits, which would be equal to two guest passes. Hope that helps.

The deal is basically for 14 visits in a span of 60 days? Is that correct? Does it need to consecutive visits?
