About Lemond Kitchen
Tucked away in a humble little freestanding building, Executive Chef Reginald Martin—better known as Chef Reggie—oversees Lemond Kitchen. In addition to teaching cooking classes and leading "culinary adventures", he keeps the kitchen humming at his little roadside outpost. Chef Reggie leads culinary crews to create gourmet meals to go or catered party in a box packages that include delectable dishes such as Creole-style gumbo and shrimp etoufee. During the warmer months, Chef Reggie can be found in the spot's impressive outdoor space manning a fired up grill.
