My first hydrotherapy and sauna blanket session. Kiya was very attentive and helpful. The place is clean. I did prepare by bringing charcoal tea and water.I took probiotics to replenish my gut flora. At home I took vitamin C and Coq 10 to reduce any detox reactions . Overall good service! Please consult your doctor before trying any new treatment

Had my first colonic today! Kiya was friendly, professional & knowledgeable. She instantly put me at ease. Her place of business is clean & equipment is sanitary. I booked 4 more sessions while I was there. Highly recommend!

This is a gem in harlem.its clean , warm , small , appointment only and abiding of all covid regulations. The owner is sweet and knowledgeable. She does her best to educate you on all of her offerings and what she can do for you in her medispa. She is realistic and honest about the spa sessions and how long it takes to feel results.
