Q:

What is the price of air optix aqua multifocal and air optix aqua and am I limited to one pair for the discount?

Bernadette G.  asked on  Nov 26, 2012

Bernadette, the Groupon can be used for multiple pairs of contact lenses. When you purchase the deal from Groupon for $20, you get to take $40 off your order at Lens.com. Thanks for writing, Leslie. Try adding a zero to the front of you PIN. If that does not work, please contact Groupon to confirm the PIN.

Q:

do you need a prescription to order the lenses?

Joleen D.  asked on  Nov 24, 2012

A:

Thanks for writing, Joleen. Lens.com requires a valid prescription for all contact lens orders. You can obtain a copy of your prescription from your doctor and forward it on to Lens.com, or you can simply provide Lens.com with your eye care provider's name and phone number and we will verify it with your eye care provider. Don’t Forget - Federal Law now requires your eye care provider to release a copy of your prescriptions. This allows you to take advantage of our low prices. Make sure to get a copy of your contact lens prescription, it belongs to you.

Q:

Do I have to mail in a prescription or can I just order air optic multifocal?

susan o.  asked on  Nov 24, 2012

A:

Thanks for writing, Susan. You don’t have to send us a prescription from your eye doctor. Instead, you can provide us with the name and phone number of your eye care provider in the checkout process and Lens.com will verify your prescription.
