This company was unprofessional I had an appointment scheduled twice and no one ever showed up On the third time someone came out who was late arriving also I would have came out better by just renting a steam cleaner from Home Depot and doing it myself

Horrible... Do not buy the Groupon for Leon Pro Services. The technician did nothing that was advertised and was 30 minutes late. He tried to up sell me on an additional $180 service and I told him I did not have time for the service today and please

The technician -- nearly impossible to understand because he speaks broken English with thick accent. Appointment was scheduled for 1 pm and he arrived at 4:30 pm. He said that deal covers only the basic service, and we need the full service, which is several hundred dollars more. He didn't agree to clean the vents even after repeated request. He just refunded groupon value in cash and went back.
