Annual charitable festival unites Leon Springs community with local eats, live entertainment, and children's attractions
Live music is a huge improvement on canned music, which takes up valuable pantry space and often spoils into noxious free jazz. Keep it fresh with this Groupon.
$15 for a Festival Package for Two (Up to $36 Value)
- Admission for two (up to a $16 value)
- A $20 food-and-drink voucher

Held at Leon Springs Dance Hall parking lot on Friday, April 20, from 5:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., the second annual Leon Springs Night unites the surrounding community under one banner, blending local eats, live entertainment, and children’s attractions into an evening-long fiesta to benefit the Business Association’s charitable activities. Assorted aromas waft from tents, luring attendees to taste spreads from a collection of regional vendors that may range from Mexican fare and pizza to gourmet appetizers. Atop two different stages, live bands—including Pearratz WitZend, The Burning Desires, and The Beau Walker Band—dispense rock ‘n’ roll jams as a nearby children’s play area buzzes with pint-size partygoers playing Cole Porter LPs instead. Early arrivers may also have the chance to see Richard Ojeda, the current steward of the Rey Feo Scholarship foundation.
