Les Comedie des Parfums
Just as the senses can inspire great art, the fragrances at Les Comedie des Parfums take their inspiration from the work of legendary artists. When Gabriel Abraham founded his Parisian perfumery in 1993, he began crafting scents with a story—in this case, a two-act play of his own creation called Les Secrets Des Roses et Des Soupirs, translated as The Secrets of Roses and Sighs. That spirit is still on display in his stateside studio. Each enticing fragrance in Abraham's palette takes its olfactory cues from an artist's story, whether the plays of Molière, the paintings of Matisse or Van Gogh, or the guitar solos of the pharaoh Ramses. And the perfumer's commitment to inspiration doesn't end with his own creations, as Abraham frequently hosts fragrance-making classes that help students capture their own ideal scent. All of Abraham's fragrances are 100% natural and 70% of the ingredients are sourced locally in Seattle.
