I am a new customer who ordered two tickets for the price of one to a concert on 11/28 and expected them to just be sent to me in the mail or be receiving an email from you. The tickets were for Jake S. at Homestead /Munhall Carnegie Library near Pittsburgh. I now know that there was a process I was supposed to follow online to get my tickets and that the redemption date has passed. Is there a way to still get my tickets or, alternatively get my money back.
