What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Having worked as both a campus recruiter and career services officer, I repeatedly saw students and grads making the same resume and interview mistakes and missing out on job opportunities. I knew with the right support and a little tweaking, they would be amazing!

What do you love most about your job? I love watching students' eyes shine as they read their newly crafted resumes and suddenly see themselves in an entirely new light. And I love watching their confidence grow as we walk through the interview process and they realize that "Yes! I can do this!"

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? Tears of joy as they relayed their job offer to me after our interview session.
