Established in the western suburbs, LeVilla Chophouse took a daring leap when it opened its second location downtown. But Chef Rick Chuk wasn't afraid of 4th street. Armed with New York Striploins, Cajun-Spiced Ribeyes, and his recipe for a Charbroiled Bone-In Beef Tenderloin of AAA Alberta Beef—the eatery's signature steak—he brought his unique brand of steakhouse cuisine to Mission.

Despite his fondness for filets, Chef Chuk doesn't limit his menu to red meat. Steelhead Trout, Nicoise Salad, and Lobster Mac & Cheese have made it onto the list of house specialties.
