OMFG my brows!!! They have never looked this good and I have Lex Allure Beauty Bar to thank for that. I had a great session w/ Lex! She was even accommodating to having my appt on a Sun due to the salon being closed for weather reasons on the initial date of my appt. She explained the process in real time and even when I texted her re:aftercare. Can’t wait to visit again, she’s phenomenal!!

I was skeptical at first using Groupon for such a delicate procedure. But I took a chance, and I’m so happy I did! I received great customer service from the time & booked my appointment to the time I left. Lexi was super friendly & knowledgeable of her craft. The shop was clean & welcoming. I recommend using her for ALL your lady glam! I’ve already scheduled my next session.

My service at Lex Allure was absolutely amazing. The women there are fun made me feel comfortable we laughed and had a great time. I received microblading with microshading and my girl took care of me and got these eyebrows on point. Y’all can’t tell me I’m not cute haha!! In all seriousness you won’t be disappointed

I was charged extra for numbing cream and was not told about it until the end of the purchase until after the procedure. The numbing solution didn’t work that well. They’re also some health concerns regarding blood pressure medicine that she didn’t ask me until after she had already begun, I feel like these questions should’ve been asked on the intake sheet.

I'm sharing my experience with Lex Allure to warn others to be very aware of who you choose to provide services for you. I know Groupon offers great discounts, but when it comes to semi or permanent makeup, saving money may not be worth the headache. I purchased a touch up on a microblading process I had done a year ago from Groupon at Lex Allure. When I called to make an appointment, she required a deposit which is understandable because people schedule sessions and don't show. The problem is that she calls this a "non refundable deposit," which I found out after the session was over. There is no such thing as a non refundable deposit unless stated and its NOT noted on Groupon and her website states that the deposit goes toward the service. She kept the $30, as well as what I paid on Groupon and I also tipped her $15. She did a good job on my brows, however, as what happens with most microbladed brows, there are sections where the ink doesn't take or is lighter than the rest of the brow and you're supposed to go back in 5 weeks or so to have these areas fixed. When I called back in 5 weeks, she sent me an invoice for another $30 stating that she would only fix HER WORK for more money. I, of course, declined and will wait for my regular aesthetician to have an opening and have her fix those areas in my brows. I find operating in this way extremely unprofessional and misleading and encourage others to do research prior to investing in something that can make or break your appearance.
