do they have a gluten free crust option?

We make our pizza dough in house, several times a day, and although we can do a batch using a gluten free flour, the demand isn't unfortunately enough to always have it on hand and keep it from sitting for more than a day. We can offer them for larger private functions, where a number of gluten free pizzas are required and pre -ordered. We are considering making a gluten free dough daily for next summer when the weather warms up, but it just doesn't work for us in the winter months at this time. I hope that makes sense.
