Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? I'm always learning new workouts or how to put a twist on a old favorite. Mixing in speed ladder, med ball, bungee and MMA work help keep thinkgs fun.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? It's seeing the change in the person, at first the physical changes, then the self-confidence. It's just a great feeling to know you helped change their life.
What do you love most about your job? I was training a woman for 4 months when she came in one day all excited and told me that she wore bikini bottoms to the beach that weekend and it has been 5 years since she has done that.
