What You'll Get
Working out is No. 2 on the list of most popular daily activities in America, behind teaching dogs to swear. Be your own best friend with this Groupon.
Choose from Three Options
- $35 for 8 barre or spinning classes (up to a $160 value)
- $45 for 12 barre or spinning classes (up to a $240 value)
- $55 for one month of unlimited barre or spinning classes (a $180 value)
During Pilates-based barre classes, instructors take students through small, isometric movements designed to strengthen, tone, and balance the entire body. They follow every strength exercise—which they enhance with easy-to-carry weights and other small props—with a period of stretching to help prevent injury and cultivate long, lean muscle. During cycling classes, they welcome everyone from the beginner to the avid bike racer to join them as they boost their heart rates and tone up their leg muscles. Class sizes are kept small to ensure each participant receives individual attention. See the full schedule.
