Getting and staying in shape is not just about working out, but creating habits to maintain a healthy life style and having the support system to focus on fitness goals. Each day holds a new challenge at Life Fit Personal Fitness Studio because each day is dedicated to developing a different group of muscles. On Monday, trainers work upper bodies with functional exercises that are geared toward boosting metabolism. Tuesday takes care of the lower body and strength training. Wednesday focuses on leg circuit training, and Thursday's routines challenge the entire body. Finally, Friday and Saturday mean it's time for TGIF Fitness Camp's team workouts, which incorporate boot-camp-style exercises such as tire flipping, monkey-bar climbing, and rope swinging.
Interspersed with the daily workouts on the class schedule are some fun breaks from routine. These range from cardio kickboxing and Power Hour––which works both the upper and lower body at once––to Zumba.
