About Life Plus You
My lifelong passion for truth and discovery has brought me to much deep learning, which includes becoming a Somatic Healing Life Coach. As a professional with a background in the Medical field and have seen firsthand how the mind influences the body. It is truly an honor to add this to already being certified in Neurolinguistic Programming and Rapid Transformational Therapy/Hypnotherapy. Back in 2004, I became certified in Reiki healing. I am also a certified practitioner by Young Living Essential Oils in Applied Vitaflex, Healing Oils of the Bible, Raindrop Technique, Emotional Trauma Release and Essential Oils Chemistry. With an enthusiasm for holistic wellness which utilizes ancient healing modalities and essential oils to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
