A:

Hi Susan, these programs can't be accessed by simply searching the web. I have created these programs based over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer along with working with hundreds of clients and helping them achieve results. I also have a degree in exercise science and a masters in psychology. I have put all of my knowledge and experience into this system and it has delivered proven results. You can go on my main website http://www.lifefuelfit.com/ to see all of the clients that have used my methods with success.

A:

Hi Judy, yes this plan can be modified for your injuries and limitations. You will be able to implement the workouts at your own pace and there are instructional videos to show you how to perform each movement with proper form.

Q:

Hi, I visited the website and read a few testimonials. Some people mention a personal trainer. For this program are the exercises you should do given to you in an online video which you can do at home? I just want to be sure I don't have to join a gym and hire my own personal trainer. Thanks!

Joanne D.  asked on  Jun 20, 2012

A:

Hi Joanne, yes you get online videos for exercises you can do at home. There's no need to join a gym or hire a personal trainer.
