So disappointing, Costoner service is bad especially the lady who did my lashes in less than 40 min. I asked her than my lashes didn’t look like the upgrade I did and answered me with a rude way: count them than.
And asked for $20 tip on the top😳

Stay away! After 6 days, I have 5 out of the 140 eyelashes left. When I called them, they said they guarantee their lashes for 3 days, and I should have paid an extra $40 like they told me, so I could have gotten better ones. Worst lash experience I have ever had. Stay away from this place. It’s a complete waste of time and money!

They did talk me into an upgrade which maybe defeats the purpose of the Groupon but I love the results and how my eyes look now!

The lashes look great! My only negative comment is that I was immediatly sold a softer lash that was $40 extra. This was my first time so I went with the "better" lashes.

Disappointing to say the least. I gave two stars, one for ambience and the other for the guy at front desk whom was friendly and helpful. My lash technician not so much. She did a very poor job. I asked to upgrade lashes to 90 pcs & was told I paid for 60 with Groupon. My Lashes began to fall out as soon as I sat in my car. I’ve used mink in the past & this never happened. I Don’t recommend here.
