I had a horrible experience at Lilly beauty spa. I purchased 20 units of Botox, made my appointment and went in to get 20 units. After the appointment I was charged an additional $199. I asked what the charge was for because I only purchased 20 units. I was given 40 units instead of 20. Jackie “accidentally” gave me 20 units more and I had to pay for her mistake.
