Limani means "seaport" or "harbor" in Greek, and in Greece, people travel to limani cities every morning to pick up fresh seafood as the fishing boats return. Limani Seafood Grill owner George Vastardis was born in the limani city of Piraeus, Greece, and he brings a similar experience to his customers with ultra-fresh aquatic delicacies, including live lobsters and chilled shellfish towers.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, seafood entrees anchor the menu, capsizing hunger with pan-seared Chilean sea bass and Alaskan king crab legs weighing in at more than a pound. All told, Limani Seafood Grill offers more than 25 species of fish, and chefs artfully plate each thanks to an arsenal of more than 100 preparation methods. To drink, diners can bring their own bottles of wine after stopping in one of the nearby wine shops or sapping it themselves from local wine trees.
