This is a small business that opened only months before the pandemic happened, so this is definitely a hidden gem!! The moonshine is delicious, and the vodka and gin are nothing like we've ever tasted. The owner is passionate and we loved chatting with him. You should definitely check this place out!

About Limited Distillery
Limited Distilling, which shares its tasting room with SRCVinyl creating a unique indie record shop and craft spirits experience in the heart of Niagara, Canada’s wine region. The distillery was built as a place to explore, create and experiment with recipe ideas and curiosities. The production area is furnished with a variety of equipment that will run it as a full-on 'spirit' laboratory. Many spirit companies focus on producing a few or even a single type of alcohol that is often ‘neutral’ tasting. Limited Distilling will place emphasis on exploring a variety of products while embracing the uniqueness and characteristics of each batch. Spirit runs will often be small allowing the opportunity to explore the use of different ingredients and spirit productions methods, both local and from around the world.
