The ring was purchased and redemption code received not long after. Check out took place on Limoges Jewelry website. Redemption code deducts the amount of item only - shipping & handling must still be paid at the time by credit or debit cards.
The ring arrived and was the nice at a glance. Not as nice as the pictures show in the listing, but still fair. The September stone is quite light in color...not nearly dark enough to be considered a Sept. birthstone though. The back of the stone is also open which was disappointing. My daughter was just happy to have a class ring before her junior year so we bit our lips because she was pleased. Imagine her COMPLETE EMBRASSMENT though when it was pointed out by a fellow student during class that the word HIGH was misspelled HGH. She wanted something to be proud of...not cause embarrassment. I contacted Limoges Jewelry and after several days received an email that they would correct the error. I had to mail the ring back to them at MY expense, not theirs. I saved all the correspondence from their customer service. The order submission had everything spelled corrected and was very specific. We were assured at one point that the process was taking an incredible amount of time to insure quality, perfection, and craftsmanship of our order. (Obviously not the case) The responses given in their emails didn't always coincide or translate correctly making me wondering where their company is really located. You might think that one gets what one pays for...in the case of Limoges Jewelry it would seem most of the customers have had some type of negative experience with them. Obviously no quality control present there, no interest in craftsmanship, or customer satisfaction. Hard to believe that they are given a "Best of Groupon" flag. Please pass on this offer...we wish we had and still have NOT received the corrected ring.
