The world-renowned Cleveland Orchestra and its acclaimed maestro, Franz Welser-Möst, reimagine Anton Bruckner’s and John Adams's iconic compositions during the orchestra’s inaugural Lincoln Hall residency. Virtuosic violinist Leila Josefowicz tickles the strings during Adams’s Violin Concerto juxtaposed with Bruckner’s Wagner-inspired Symphony no. 7 in E Major on July 14. Ranging from classical pieces, such as a rare 1887 iteration of Bruckner’s Symphony no. 8 in C Minor, to more modern ear pleasers, such as Adams's Doctor Atomic, the concert series yields mellifluous melodies, resonating themes, and poignant recreations of two composer’s celebrated works.

The largest performing arts center in the world, Lincoln Center presents more than 400 performances of music, opera, and dance every year from the 16-acre Lincoln Center campus.
