What You'll Get
The human body is 75% water, unless that body is sweating or plugging a leak in a sinking ship mouth-first. Give your sweat glands a workout with today's Groupon to I.A.M. Wellness. This deal is valid for the Lincoln Park and Welles Park classes. Choose between the following options:
• For $29, you get five drop-in yoga classes (a $90 value).
• For $29, you get five drop-in boot camp classes (a $90 value).
I.A.M. Wellness's staff of fitness gurus stage boot camp and yoga classes outdoors in the picturesque Lincoln and Welles Parks. Yoga classes gather up to 30 guests for a psyche-centering workout that leaves attendees flexible enough to race a slinky down the stairs backwards. Boot camp workouts conduct a sweat-laden symphony with up to 20 students, orchestrating a series of athletic drills and functional body-weight exercises. Much like the number of letters in the alphabet, the theme of the boot camp session changes from day to day, rotating between addressing cardiovascular endurance, agility, balance, and strength.
The center schedules classes throughout the week at each park, and I.A.M. Wellness requires attendees to bring their own yoga mat or towel and water bottle. Students must bring the health history and waiver forms that they will receive via email to the first class as well.
