The staff is very professional & informative, yet personable. I would highly recommend Lincoln Radiology Varicose Vein Clinic and look forward to continuing my treatment. C. Walgren

Advanced Radiology orders or supplies the long stockings needed. That would have been a big help. Would have liked to have seen the radiologist more instead of just other staff but I suppose it's that way everywhere.

What You'll Get

A physician must recognize and call attention to the subtlest deficiencies of a person’s blood, like a mosquito with snobbish friends to impress. Put an expert in charge of your sanguinary sauces with today's Groupon: for $75, you get a varicose-vein consultation and diagnostic ultrasound at Lincoln Radiology Varicose Vein Clinic, located on Pine Lake Road (an $815 value).

Staffed by an elite vein-vanquishing team of board-certified physicians, Lincoln Radiology hunts down the cardiovascular slackers who cause unsightly blood bulges and uses advanced technology to leave them nowhere to hide. Patients begin their consultation by discussing their medical history and concerns with one of Lincoln Radiology's nurses, who then photograph affected veins on one or both legs in case the veins’ camera shyness makes them disappear. A cutting-edge ultrasound uses harmless high-frequency sound waves to create a real-time image for analysis by the clinic's technologists, who are certified in both vascular and general sonography. During the ultrasound, a technologist applies pressure to the legs, scanning screens for signs of faulty venous valves and hidden extra lives. A physician then interprets the images recorded by the ultrasound. If action is deemed necessary, patients can discuss potential treatment options, including laser treatment and sclerotherapy, as well as insurance preauthorization steps. The visit will last approximately one hour.

About Lincoln Radiology Varicose Vein Clinic

For more than 35 years, the clinic’s team of doctors have brandished the most modern medical technology available to peer into bodies and see problems firsthand. Experienced staffers operate vein client systems and ultrasound machines, the last of which paints a detailed picture of bodily tissues and organs by creating a high-powered sound wave that’s also useful for trapping robotic mosquitoes. After taking these images, a staff radiologist analyzes the scanner’s findings to outline the best treatment plan for patients, which may include a session with the laser-based VenaCure system or injections with a sclerosant solution.
