Linda Bell always tries to remind her students of that idea as she and her staff of instructors lead a handful of low-impact fitness classes designed to deliver maximum results. Pilates classes, which use specially designed Reformer machines for a finely tuned resistance workout, keep instructors and students engaged by limiting classes to only five pupils. Likewise, pole-fitness classes are also small in size, so that small groups of ladies can feel confident and unafraid as they get fit while performing creative moves. A larger number of students can attend spinning or barre-fitness classes, during which they follow a coach's instructions for a challenging workout rooted in intense cardio or dance-inspired flexibility and strength training. Linda Bell Studios offers childcare seven days a week to help clients clear their schedule and focus on their workout.
