Healthy living was not always a top priority for Linda Fitzpatrick. Raising two kids left little time for the gym, and prepared meals, though convenient, came with loads of trans fats and other undesirable add-ons. But once the mother of two started cooking her own meals and writing up recipes, she saw a vast improvement in her health. She then relies on her 15+ years of cooking experience as she creates flavorful cuisine, such as roasted-chicken entrees and vegetable-based soups, using fresh ingredients that include vegetables harvested at local farmers' markets.
