Poor communication leading up the the photo shoot and even worse following. It has been a month since the shoot and I haven't heard from Ms Karl at all. There was no response to my emails. She never provided a phone number to contact her and generally before the shoot took at least 3-4 days to respond to emails. Also very poor direction during the photo shoot. I expect that the photographer would provide ideas as to how to pose or what to do while she was taking pictures but all the directions were "whatever you want to do". Would NOT recommend this provider.
