After Linh Cafe chef and founder Tai Nguyen moved to Vancouver from his native Vietnam, he honed his skills in French cooking at some of the city's most respected restaurants. Today, Chef Nguyen's menu promises a no-nonsense, unpretentious spread of both Vietnamese and French fare, with dishes such as pork rillette sandwiches, chicken and pate banh mi sandwiches, and beef pho.
