At Lisa's Café, there's always time for crab cakes. At dinner, Angus-choice center-cut filet mignon topped with Oscar-style signature crab cakes and hollandaise sauce or an espresso-crusted filet mignon are served on top of roasted garlic mashed potatoes and a chef vegetable medley. The dinner menu also features locally-caught fresh black grouper daily. At lunch, the Signature Crab Cake sandwich with remoulade on a kaiser bun is only the preamble of a tantalizing menu. Other mid-day options include the half-pound Western Angus burger—with applewood bacon, melted cheddar, barbecue sauce, and fried onion rings—as well as the Philly cheese steak—made with the chain from filet mignon and melted provolone on a hoagie bun. Morning people see their breakfast pair crab cakes with a sliced English muffin to make a marine take on a benedict.
