Is it a problem if you are not able to come everyday? Right now I could do 2 maybe 3 times a week.

Hey Adrienne! Thanks for the question! Many of our clients average about 2-3 x week. Others average 4-5. It all depends on your schedule but if you are currently not doing anything, 2-3 is better than not doing anything still. If you are working out, what we do is a different style of training that's even more effective and is better than the old school of thought on training that many people are doing.
