Was very disappointed. Work was done without obtaining prior approval from me, and I was at home and easily accessible to discuss any issue. Instead, I was given a bill to pay. Called company to express my concern to owner/ supervisor & the worker, who had been at my home that day & did the work without discussing it with me first, returned call and reported owner would call after vacation.
