Little Burgundy Farm
Owning a horse is a gigantic responsibility. But at Little Burgundy Farm, leisure riders can enjoy the advantages of horse ownership without the added expenses and time commitments. Tucked away on farmland in Alexandria, this private equestrian facility invites students of all ages and skill levels to join its program, which teaches horsemanship skills without the necessity of owning a horse. Through the program, instructors school students in not only riding a horse, but caring for it, too. Students must be members of the farm's riding club, which comes with a rental horse, tack, and use of the facilities.
