Little India Cafe is known for its biryani dishes—spiced chicken and goat tossed with basmati rice and baked in an oven. Chefs also marinate chicken with spices and yogurt, then spear pieces with a skewer and grill in a traditional tandoor oven. South Indian bites, including dosas—rice and lentil crepes drizzled with chutney—join vegetarian specialties such as mirchi ka salan’s hot chili peppers simmered in a spicy sesame-tamarind sauce.
