Before photography, family memories were kept alive through annual reenactments of the year's best moments, despite Grandpa's continued miscasting as the mischievous puppy. Treasure your memories with today's Groupon: for $59, you get a photo shoot and one 8"x10" print, two 5"x7" prints, and eight wallet prints from Little Rascals Photography in Mason (a $214 value).
Little Rascals' in-house photographer Tracy suffuses each of her photographs with an understated sentimentality that shines through in subtle artistic flourishes. Customers can schedule their senior portraits, newborn photos, alter-ego model shots, or family photo sessions in the historic studio and are encouraged to select from a veritable potpourri of background scenes. Weather permitting, sessions can also be held outdoors at the Heritage Village Museum in Sharon Woods Park, with natural backdrops including stone bridges, wicker swings, photogenic packs of pigeons, and rustic log cabins.
Proofs are available to view approximately one week after the photo session, and customers can have their snapshots ready for framing shortly thereafter. With a feast of photo sizes included in this package, you will be able to hold on to one 8"x10" print and two 5"x7" prints while ensuring eight of your friends receive a grinning reminder of your beautiful mug every time they open their duct tape wallets.
Little Rascals Photography
The two young brothers smile shyly from beneath their caps, their suspenders and bowties slightly askew on their small frames. From behind her camera, Tracy Fitch gently asks the older boy to lean in toward his little brother, and as a mischievous smile breaks across his face, she captures the fleeting grin with the click of a button. A champion of immortalizing moments such as this one, Tracy prides herself on creating essence-capturing portraits thanks to her skill for forging relaxed connections between herself and each of her subjects.
Tracy—a shutterbug with years of experience both behind and in front of the camera—founded Little Rascals Photography as a means of exploring the timeless appeal of old portraits, which is often lost in modern portraiture. This predilection for the past is evidenced in her signature sepia and black-and-white shots that hearken to bygone days, thanks to vintage costuming and careful lighting. Tracy further upholds this old-world approach to photography by hand-tinting her monochromatic shots with pops of color. Her strengths in creating vintage looks also translate to the modern photographing style she uses when taking high-school senior portraits. Each carefully arranged shoot is held either in Tracy’s studio, which houses indoor settings with stairs and windows, or outdoors amid the scenic picket fences and waterfalls found throughout the historic village of Sharon Woods Park.
