About Little Water Distillery
Atlantic City is known for its beaches, boardwalks, and being "prohibition-unfriendly." Likewise, in the spirit of the city, Mark and Eric Ganter decided to open Little Water Distillery in the heart of downtown, where they make small liquor batches in the American style. Here, they do tastings and tours, but guests may also visit their tap room for a post-work cocktail. Some of the spirits they make include:
White Cap-American Whiskey: This whiskey is aged in Bourbon barrels provided by A. Smith Bowman in Fredricksburg VA. This spirit harbors rich whiskey flavor with a southern tinge.
Liberty-American Silver Rum: A dry rum that subtly includes vanilla, sugar cookie, citrus, and spice tones.
48 Blocks-Vodka: This is an Atlantic City favorite. The vodka is made with water from the Kirkwood-Cohansey aquifer added to local minerals, making it Atlantic City's premium vodka.
Prosperity-American Dark Rum: This dark rum is aged for at least 12 months in white oak barrels. Noted flavors include brown sugar, vanilla, and oak.
