Power yoga classes meet Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 p.m., combining Vinyasa flow poses with deeply held stretches that boost strength and flexibility in students of all skill levels. Instead of overseeing armadas of elliptical machines or treadmills, they engage patrons in games of toss with medicine balls and send them sprinting, heaving kettlebells, and dropping for push-ups. They mix up activities each session to stave off the boredom of repetition, keeping everyone involved and meeting their fitness goals. These trainers know, though, that total body fitness is only possible with a nutritious diet, so they also guide their monthly members to better eating habits with monthly check-ins.

Instructor/helpers could be a little more helpful when doing a new exercise. They are, however, very encouraging and positive. Other than being extreamly sore, I've enjoyed it!
