Bearing the name of his daughter Olivia, owner and executive chef John Brescio hopes that Liv's Oyster Bar embodies the feel of his own family table—where everyone is welcome, and the food is always fresh and accessible. Changing with the seasons, the menu evolves throughout the year to reflect what's in-season, whether that means oysters on the half-shell or hearty cauliflower soup with roasted mushrooms and browned butter. Main courses include a Fennel Crusted Yellowfin Tuna and tender sea scallops over a puree of carrots with beets and chorizo foam.
