I was hesitant at to grab the Groupon because I had seen the reviews about how difficult it is to claim it. But I didn’t have trouble redeeming it and finding someone at the location to help me with it. This studio is really clean, and welcoming. About Live Love Flow

Since opening in 2012, Live Love Flow (LLF) has provided the Seattle area with a mix of invigorating indoor cycling classes and meditative yoga classes. This indoor cycling/yoga fusion studio aims to provide guests with two complementary forms of physical activity for a holistic fitness experience.

This contrast can be seen in the 3,000 sq. ft. space LLF utilizes. On one side, 30 high-performance Keiser cycles, complete with upbeat music and energetic instructors coming through the space's sound system. On the other side, a heated Yoga studio with high ceilings and soft natural light to create a quiet, tranquil environment.
