What You'll Get
Like a prison break, a workout involves running, climbing, rowing a boat, and playing a quick game of racquetball. Break free from routine with this Groupon.
Choose from Four Options
- $39 for 30 days of unlimited CrossFit classes (a $150 value)
- $89 for six personal-training sessions (a $480 value)
- $105 for 90 days of unlimited CrossFit classes (a $450 value)
- $179 for a 90-day weight-loss program (a $645 value)

During CrossFit classes, students perform a different Workout of the Day (WOD) every day. Routines are always different but may incorporate traditional exercises—such as rowing, weightlifting, and running—or nontraditional moves such as rope climbing, tire flips, and dips on suspended rings. To see a schedule, click here. Students who have never taken a CrossFit class will need to complete three beginner classes before moving on to more advanced work.
Those who opt for the weight-loss program will get three months of unlimited classes as well as a T-shirt and a WODbook.

About Live Train Play CrossFit
For a while, Live Train Play CrossFit’s owner, Jai Lewis, was the only trainer, often staying in the gym from the beginning of the 6:30 a.m. class to the end of the 7:30 p.m. class to make sure his students fulfilled their potential. Now he is joined by trainers Brady, Ryan, Ashley, Gilbert, Heather, Virginia and Matt, and together they lead students through a different CrossFit Workout of the Day (WOD) every day. WODs are never the same, though they may incorporate moves ranging from weight lifting, push-ups, and pull-ups to box jumps, burpees, rowing, running, and kettlebell training.
In addition to adding new trainers, Live Train Play CrossFit has further expanded by opening a new facility, which sprawls across approximately 6,000 sq. ft.
