have just purchased a two year subscription on groupon. I went to the redeem page and entered the code (checking carefully that I’m using a “0” and not an “O”. I receive the following error message: "That code appears to be in use. Please try again or contact customer support for assistance." I already have a free account, but even there I can't find a place to enter the coupon code -only on your redeem page, and as I said [- that doesn't work! . and, of course, you don't have a help phone number!
