Q:

Do you serve teens (16 years) of age? Do you advise a person to take more than one session for success?

Nancy L.  asked on  Nov 25, 2012

A:

We typically ask that teens be at least 16. Much of what we discuss may be boring to those younger. You need to decide if your child is mature enough to sit through a 3-hour presentation.

Q:

It mentions that it comes with a stress reducing CD but does it come with a CD of the Weight Loss hypnosis session? Thanks

susan s.  asked on  Nov 25, 2012

A:

One of the main reasons we overeat is emotions; the number 1 emotion we eat about is stress. So this helps with weight loss. You will have the opportunity to get more CDs if you want at deeply discounted prices at your class.

Q:

Is it appropriate for those that are not severely overweight to attend the classes? My husband and I only need to lose about 25 pounds each and just need some motivation to jump start the process.

Maddie K.  asked on  Nov 29, 2012

A:

Absolutely! In fact, a majority of class attendees want to lose 40 pounds or less. We believe it's not just about the weight on your body; it's also about the weight in your mind, which doesn't always show up on your body. Good question! Thank you.

You don't have to enter the Groupon information to sign up. Make sure you bring it with you to class. We'll record it at that time.

Q:

are more sessions suggested to have this be effective? as well as cd or dvd

eileen b.  asked on  Nov 25, 2012

A:

Many have walked out of the class, began losing weight right away and never looked back! Others may need more support. That's why we priced the classes so reasonably--if you need to come back in 6 months or a year, it's still a great deal!
