More Questions and Answers

Q:

Is there an age limit? I have a 12 year old that may be interested.

Shannon S.  asked on  Dec 12, 2012

A:

Sorry for the delay. They typically ask that teens be at least 16. Much of what they discuss may be boring to those younger. Please decide if your child is mature enough to sit through a 3-hour presentation.

Q:

What days and times are the classes offered? Is it a class session where everyone is just sitting in chairs or do you sit on the floor? Don't know how relaxed I could get sitting in a folding chair for 3 hours.

Q:

I was wondering if there is a suggestive part, to the hypnosis, that will help me to embrace exercising? I know that I need to exercise too, but i hate to exercise - I would need this as added value. Is this something that can be incorporated in the session?

Barbara H.  asked on  Dec 10, 2012

A:

Maintaining a healthy lifestyle, including exercise will also be featured.

Q:

Are we actually hypnotized during the class or are we learning how to hypnotize someone else?

Danita C.  asked on  Dec 11, 2012

A:

You will be hypnotized during the class.

Everyone can be hypnotized. It's where your brain goes as you drift off to sleep. When you relax your brain activity slows down and you are more likely to follow a suggestion if that suggestion is 1) Something you want to do and/or 2)Something you have no major objection to and/or 3) Something that is for your own best good. Losing weight fits all 3 of the contingencies above. That's why hypnosis is so effective in helping you create a new, healthier relationship with food.
